I am beginning my 14th year with MAT. MAT has given me the opportunity to work in a variety of clinical settings which has allowed me to grow as a PTA. I began in the outpatient setting and am currently in the home health division. I have watched this team grow through the years but one thing has always stayed the same and that is the family setting this company provides. MAT truly cares about its employees. We are a close knit team that truly cares for one another and we help each other out when needed. My name is Jordon Appleby. I have been a employee for 5+ years as a PTA for Mid-American Therapy. I have truly enjoyed my time as part of this amazing team. Since I have started in 2017 there has been massive growth and I give that credit to the amazing leadership we have at Mid American Therapy and the consistent quality therapy we provide daily. I transitioned to home care with MAT after 14 years of SNF work (as an aide and COTA) and I can’t imagine ever going back! What sets MAT aside from other home care agencies is that MAT truly is a family. Management cares about what is going on in their employees lives and can empathize with so many situations.
